To me, the irony of this painting is particularly amusing. It was created when POTUS 45, the President of the United States, was catering to Kim Jong-un, Supreme Leader of North Korea and Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, in a plethora of reckless behavior that was exposed on a world stage. His shenanigans made me wonder how the current occupant of the White House might bluster his way through the appearance of extraterrestrial aliens. Who comes in peace? the painting asks the viewer - but wait, we already know!
