In the deepest mountains and canyons found under the ocean, at thousands of meters below sea level, there are animal species that live inside and around thermal heat vents. It is beyond imagination how such organisms, many of which are mere wisps of living matter, can survive there. If science could ever come to understand these environments of our inner planetary space, perhaps this would also unleash further understanding of the environments of outer space.
