The death of George Floyd by a police man who knelt on his neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, while Mr. FLOYD begged for relief because he could not breathe, set a fire storm of outrage from Black Lives Matter. The issue in America is that a black man is killed by police on a regular basis, just because they are black. The racism and targeting of black and brown men has become out of control. The colors in this painting go from light to dark, ending with the watch set at 8:46. There are many times when the police man could have stopped and saved this man's life. But he chose not to. The hieroglyphs depict times when the outcome would have been different.
